About Us

If you have gotten to this page, there must be an interest for me to do your table. I am hoping by reading the rest you would be convinced that I am the right one for the job.
I learned billiard tables at an early age. Minnesota Fats Pool Tables was where I learned about Tables. Worked there for about 5yrs. Those were some interesting tables, lots of pieces and screws. They taught me the proper procedures to install tables, never work in a rush. You only want to go there once so do it right. Through the years I worked with many pool table installers, learning many different procedures. There are many different types of tables, but each one has its basic construction. Since each table is of different construction, tables would take anywhere from 2-4 hours for a set-up. Some tables look great on top until you get into tearing it down, then you might find some mistakes.
I do re levels, new cloth on tables, new rubber on rails, repair broken rails, new pockets, fix slate (if possible), basically anything on a pool table. Here are some of the common tables that I have worked on; Bruins wick, Olehausen, Kasson, American Heritage, American Classic, Fat Cat, Mr. Billiards, plus many more. These are some of the cloths I work with; Championship, Simonis, Forstman, Proline, Proform, and a few more. Durability, reaction, and speed are some of the things that you would need to know before selecting a cloth.
A restoration of an older table is one of my specialties. I have a cabinet maker that is excellent in restoring wood. Just bear in mind there are a some things that we don't see until we work on it. Just below are pics of a 1904 A.E.Schmidt restored.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call and leave a message or e-mail. I will get back to you.
